Bezeq today launches the fastest surfing package in the world - NGN.  This is Bezeq's first step based on the NGN network, the most advanced communication network in Israel.  Following the launch, Director General of Bezeq, Avi Gabai says "This is the start of a revolutionary surfing speed and we are proud to lead Israel into the ultra fast internet era".

Bezeq has priced the new surfing speeds of the NGN network attractively with the aim to encourage the company clients to connect to these high speeds.  The new cost is identical to the highest speeds which have been available so far.  A client wishing to connect up to a surfing speed of 10 mega will pay NIS 100 and those who wish to connect up to a speed of 15 mega will pay NIS 130, identical to the prices set today for 5-8 mega.  This is Bezeq's first marketing move in the world of NGN while the company continues to maintain the highest speed offered in Israel and promises to slowly increase surfing speed according to the customers' needs.  These are the first of the variety of fast surfing speeds which will be offered with the new NGN technology.

At the same time, Bezeq is now also declaring a revolution in the field of Upload - and is setting a new standard in this field.  From now on, all NGN clients of Bezeq will enjoy an all time fast speed for uploading - up to 800 kb.  Bezeq already set an all time high in uploading three years ago.  Bezeq today is doubling the speed for most of the internet surfers via the NGN system and this is with automatic upgrading for the clients without additional charge.
